Abstract

The purpose of this work is to investigate and analyze the level and the types of intensities of the commitment of the outsourced workers who concomitantly work with the employees of the contracting company, by means of the tree-dimensions model. This paper sought to analyze both level and type regarding the way in which the personal and organizational characteristics influence the commitment of this kind of employee who, in a particular way, belongs to one company and renders services to another. A descriptive research was used with a quantitative approach for the analysis of the data, using ecstatic techniques, such as: general average, the ANOVA, “t-paired” test, t-Student and the alpha method of Cronbach. Beisdes the bibliographical and documental research, a case study was done. The importance of the student was deemed essential for the management control of the human asset in the organization of both contracting and contracted companies. The result of the research made evident the applicability of the model of three dimensions of commitment: affective, instrumental and normative. The study devised is part of the group of contemporary studies on management or managerial control that has touched issues that could be described as “relational controls in the organizations”, in this case, the possibilities for studying the relations, such as satisfaction, trust and commitment.
